The Show
Hosted by the grouper man, himself, Captain William Charles, Catchin' and Cookin' is a unique show that combines fishing and cooking into an action packed program. Shot off the local shores of Sebastian Inlet, Florida, Captain Bill takes us to some of his favorite fishing spots. Then head into the kitchen as Carol the Cook shows us delicious fish recipes the whole family will enjoy. Watch as Carol and Bill prepare a “quick fix fish dish” that you can follow along and cook as well. Watch every week to see all the fish flapping fun on Catchin and Cookin.

Production
Catchin and Cookin is shot on location offshore of Sebastian Inlet which is located on the east central coast of Florida. The cooking segments are shot in our studio Kitchen at William Charles, Inc. in Vero Beach, Florida. The show began in 2004 and has over 30 Episodes. The show airs in Standard Definition, but is currently shooting in High Definition.

General
Captain William Charles, Carol, and the crew do make public appearances at group meetings, clubs, and fundraisers. Please send us an email if you are interested in having the cast of Catchin' & Cookin' appear at your next event. Unfortunately, the Captain does not offer private fishing charters at this time.
